You are a god-send. And I never use religious speak.

Not only do I deeply appreciate your incredible "action and outcome" orientation, but you do it with impeccable communication that brings family together and emotionally connected.

Thank you!

Sarah Robins

Care Manager Associate

Sarah Robins, RN

Care Manager Associate

Sarah Robins has worked in the health industry for 25 years. She began her career as a caregiver in a nursing home for 10 years and quickly discovered her passion for providing care for the aging population. It was a natural progression that she would attend nursing school.  In 2008, she graduated from Wenatchee Valley College and now holds a Registered Nurse License.

Sarah began her career working on a cardiac unit. From there Sarah has had a vast amount of different experiences, from working with the aging population, pediatrics, emergency room, case management, to being a manager/supervisor.  From all her experiences, Sarah always goes back to wanting to help the aging population.

Sarah has been in a supervisory/case management roll for 4 years in the Emergency Room/Acute Care hospital setting and the last 3 years as supervisor/case manager in a home health setting and an Assisted Living/Memory Care Community.

Sarah applies her expertise to symptom management to solve complicated medical situations. Her goal is to plan how individuals can live their best lives - promoting well-being, peace of mind, prevention, and in-place support in order to cope with any situation.

Understanding the need for professional care management services for a quickly expanding aging population, Sarah is excited to begin her journey as a Care Manager Associate.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys exercising, playing in the garden, and spending time with her family and pets.
