Kerri Walker earned an Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy from Mt. Hood Community College and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Ecology with an emphasis on Health Care Ethics and Gerontology from the University of Nevada, Reno.  She continued to earn a Graduate Certificate in Geriatric Care Management from the University of Florida.

During her 20+ years in health care, Kerri has held a variety of positions in acute care, inpatient mental health, home health, outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and administration.  Her love and passion has always been working with the geriatric population.  The experiences within our complex health care system has led her educational path and ultimate goal of becoming an advocate for aging individuals and their families.

As a member of Aging Life Care Association (ALCA), formerly National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM), Kerri follows a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice set forth to guide her professional and business practices. 

Kerri was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and relocated to the Wenatchee Valley with her husband and two sons in 2014 in order to be closer to family. She and her family love the outdoors and are thrilled to be a part of this beautiful community.

Tamara Steffen, MSW

Tamara received her Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy from San Francisco State University and then later her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2000 from Walla Walla University.  Additionally, Tamara is a Positive Approach® to Care Independent Trainer in the Teepa Snow philosophy to Dementia care.

Tamara presents with 20 years of experience practicing Social Work in Central Washington.   Her background includes advocating for the rights and well-being of children and their families (Children's Administration), Advance Care Planning Program Coordinator for Confluence Health, and as Executive Director for Fieldstone Memory Care assisted living facility specializing in care for those living with dementia.  Tamara also had the honor of caring for her grandmother with Alzheimers' and has come to know first hand the investment it takes to assure your loved ones live their best life always.
